After research, it is decided that from now on, the 11th "Henan Province Civil Construction Science and Technology Award (Construction Safety)" (hereinafter referred to as "Construction Safety Science and Technology Award") selection work will be carried out in the province。Henan Civil Construction Science and Technology Award is a science and technology award in the field of civil construction engineering in Henan Province, which is established and sponsored by Henan Provincial Science and Technology Association with the support of Henan Provincial Civil Construction Society, and implements classification and selection。

1. Project declaration

(A) Participating projects must follow the principle of voluntary declaration of enterprises, according to the "Henan Province Civil Construction Science and Technology Award (Construction safety) declaration selection method (V4.1) (see Annex 1) the scope, conditions and procedures for initial evaluation, recommendation, and submission of materials stipulated in this document shall be submitted within the time specified in this document。

(2) The first applicant of the project must be a group member of Henan Civil Architecture Society (can apply for membership at the time of application)。

(3) In the selection process, the relevant materials submitted by the application project will be evaluated in accordance with the production safety industry standard AQ 9012-2023 "Production Safety Accident Emergency Rescue Evaluation Code"。

(4) Preliminary evaluation and recommendation。All branches and local societies are invited to actively organize relevant units to apply for the 11th "Henan Civil Construction Science and Technology Award (Construction Safety)", and recommend the best to participate in the evaluation after the initial evaluation。

(5) The work cost generated in the selection process of the declared project shall be borne by the declaring unit。

(I) Deadline for submission of project participation materials:

The deadline for the first batch of declarations in 2024 is 18:00 on May 10 (Friday), and the overdue review will be transferred to the next batch。

(2) Comprehensive selection time of expert meeting: May 15-20, 2024

(C) The expert construction site review time: May 20 ~ 30, 2024

[Note] The number of on-site review projects accounted for about 80% of the projects passed by the comprehensive evaluation of the expert meeting。

(5) Award time:

It will be held at the same time as the 7th Academic Forum on Construction Safety in Henan Province。

4. Submission of evaluation materials

(a) Submitted project participation data and the corresponding supporting materials, must meet the "Henan Province Civil Construction Science and Technology Award (Construction safety) declaration and selection Measures" relevant requirements。

(2) Supporting materials corresponding to the submitted project data, including but not limited to the following:

1.Production safety emergency management system

2.Production safety emergency plan (required materials)

3.Production safety emergency drill plan and scripts, videos or photos (required materials)

Note: ① The evaluation scores of the 1 ~ 4 items above account for 50% of the total scores of the participating items

② The above 1 ~ 4 data should be bound separately (the corresponding electronic version should be loaded on a U disk)
